WashersUSA.com’s Length to Specification Spacers are molded in corrosion resistant, electrically insulating, Nylon 6/6. Available in standard O.D./I.D. combinations molded to your specified length. Length must be specified in .001 inch increments (+/-.005).

Spacers are not stocked. They are molded to your order requirements. – No samples available .
Order quantities are subject to 10% to 20% variation.
Minimum order quantity 1,000 pcs.
Tolerances O.D. +/-.015 inches. I.D. and Length +/-.005 inches.
Available in natural Nylon 6/6 only.
Parts can be dyed black at no additional cost, dyed parts may be out of tolerance.
